First up: Bring A Friend WEEKEND, and a ViTaFIT to CrossFit Foundations – both going down in the beginning of May! Keep reading to learn more about both, and how to get in on the action
Bring A Friend Weekend!
From Friday, May 6th, through Sunday, May 8th, we will be hosting “Bring A Friend” weekend! So get your buddies together and get your sweat on! Bring a Friend Weekend is open in all of our ViTaFIT, CrossFit, and Spartan classes, at both Aevitas locations. No prior experience required – we’ll set the workouts to be accessible to all levels, and as always our coaches will be there to guide everyone, ensuring you get the best possible workout for YOU!
We will be sending out an official invitation link that you can send to your friends as the Bring A Friend Weekend gets closer. Please have your friends fill out the form and let us know which class(es) they’re planning to come to. This will also allow us to send them the online waiver ahead of time, which will help to streamline their visit.
If you’re unable to get their information to us ahead of time, please plan to be at the gym with your buddy 15-20 minutes prior to class starting, so that we can get the waiver squared away in person without cutting into class time.

CrossFit Foundations Course at Aevitas Guilderland
Right after Bring A Friend Weekend, we are planning to host a small-group CrossFit Foundations Course at our Guilderland location. This course is for anyone interested in getting into CrossFit classes, and will go over the basics of all of the barbell lifts, gymnastics skills, and some other higher-level movements you’ll see in CrossFit classes. Current ViTaFITers looking for a change of pace and/or a more open schedule, this one’s for you!

Time: 6:45pm -7:45pm (immediately following ViTaFIT class)
