The second stage of the CrossFit Games season of competition is here – and several Aevitas Athletes made the cut!

How the Quarterfinals Round Works
Just like the CrossFit Open, the Quarterfinals round is an online competition that can be completed within your home gym. Unlike the Open, Quarterfinals workouts will all be completed within a week, and can be completed in any order, as long as submission deadlines are met.
Athletes who qualified for Quarterfinals were notified earlier this month, and have until the first workout submission deadline to officially register for the competition.
At 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 17th, CrossFit will release all four (yes, four!) workouts at games.crossfit.com. Just like with the Open, each workout will come with movement standards and a score sheet. Athletes are encouraged to complete the workout with a judge, but will also be required to submit a workout video as proof of their stated score.
Athletes will have until Saturday, April 20th at 8:00 PM to submit their scores for workouts #1 and #2. This is also the registration deadline. Then, workouts #3 and #4 will be due by Monday, April 22nd at 8:00 PM. Athletes will be responsible for submitting their own scores and videos to their account at games.crossfit.com and adhere to all submission standards.
Completing Quarterfinals at Aevitas Fitness
For athletes that qualified and wish to complete the Quarterfinals workouts, we are setting up some group workout times so we can get all the action in! Below is a tentative group schedule to get as many people going together as possible. Once we know the workouts on Wednesday, we will post confirmed times.
We plan to have one or two coaches available during these times to provide scoresheets, judging, help with setup, and anything else you might need.
For any athletes unable to attend a group session, please reach out and we’ll do everything in our power to help you get all of the workouts done on time.
Tentative* Group Schedule (both Aevitas locations):
- Thursday April 18th – 5:45 PM
- Friday April 19th – 8:00 AM & 6:45 PM
- Saturday April 20th – 9:15 AM
- Sunday April 21st – 10:15 AM
- Mon – TBD if necessary.
