Anne Herrick delivered an outstanding performance at the American Open Series I, earning bronze medals in both the snatch and total. She successfully completed all her lifts, setting a new personal record in the snatch. Known for her level-headedness and exceptional focus, Anne embodies the qualities of dedication, resilience, and sportsmanship that Aevitas Weightlifting values. Her unwavering commitment to improvement and excellence sets a high standard for the entire team.
Kellen Crouse faced setbacks, missing all his clean & jerks. Despite the difficulties, Kellen’s commitment to the team and his infectious passion and humor make him an invaluable member of the Aevitas Weightlifting family.
Fen Dunn delivered an extraordinary performance, achieving personal records and an 8kg PR total. Their enthusiasm for weightlifting extends beyond competition; Fen is also learning coaching and officiating, contributing to the sport’s growth.
Balancing his studies and football, Connor Lacey competed at University Nationals, placing 15th in the country. Connor’s adaptability and resilience in juggling multiple disciplines are truly commendable.
Emily Riordan demonstrated her strength and determination at the American Open Series I, successfully completing 4 out of 6 lifts. Juggling a demanding work schedule as a nurse, Emily never hesitates to push her limits in each competition. Her background as a high-level competitive cheerleader helps her stay composed and confident on the platform, making her an inspiring presence on the team.
