Happy Holidays, everyone! We have so much to be thankful for as we look back on yet another fantastic year at Aevitas Fitness! Together, we have become stronger both individually and as a community this year, and it really shows!

Holiday Schedule Notes
We are in fact changing a few things around this year. Check below for details, and as always consult the Aevitas app and SugarWOD for the most up-to-date schedule information!
Holiday-Themed Workouts at Aevitas
We will be hosting not one, but TWO “Twelve Days of Christmas” WODs this year. We do this for a couple of reasons.
- First, there are several versions of this workout and we like them all, so why choose just one?
- Second, this is a crowd-favorite format for this time of year, and with peoples’ schedules being a little bit constrained with family/work/social obligations, we host two versions to ensure most of you can enjoy at least one!
How Does a “12 Days of Christmas” WOD work, exactly?
So, so glad you asked! These workouts go down just like the song…
“On the first day of Christmas, Aevitas gave to me: 1 Ring Muscle-up!”
“On the second day of Christmas, Aevitas gave to me: 2 Ring Dips and a Ring Muscle-up!”
“On the third day of Christmas, Aevitas gave to me: 3 Handstand Push-ups, 2 Ring Dips, and a Ring Muscle-up!”…
…and so on. You get the picture!
