This weekend, eleven(!!) members of the Aevitas Weightlifting team will be taking on the platform in Albany for the Adirondack Weightlifting Regional Open!

2025 Aevitas Open - Smells Like Team Spirit!

But instead of comparing individual workout scores, each athlete will be able to earn points for their gyms team by showing *spirit in any of the following ways: Complete the Open Workout for the week any time before Monday 8PM = 1 point Attend the Friday Night Lights whether youre completing the workout then or not = 1 point Bring a spectator to Friday Night Lights = 1 point per spectator!

You may also just use 12 cup flour instead Ingredients : 12 cup flour or oats, pulsed in a blender until small 12 cup old fashioned oats up to 1 cup sugar 12 cup sugar + 12 cup brown sugar - I use more like 13 cup each 12 cup butter, cold and cut into cubes 1tsp Apple Pie Spice mix, or cinnamon Directions : combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until it comes together into a crumbly consistency Final Assembly and Baking Pre-heat oven to 375 deg F Assemble pie into dish, and place dish on a baking tray I almost always over-fill the pies!

Aevitas Weightlifters Take on the Arnold, ADK Regional Open

Emily Riordan successfully lifted 70kg for the Snatch, and 83kg in the Clean & Jerk, going four for six and earning a Total of 153kg Finally, Connor Lacey , competing in the University Nationals competition, gained a new PR in the Snathwith 114kg, along with a 113kg Clean & Jerk As always, we are so incredibly proud of the lifters for taking on this challenge!
