ÆVITAS Anniversary Workout – Fight Gone Bad!
One year ago, we officially opened our doors in Charles Park and began what has blossomed into quite a unique CrossFit community! On that first night, we completed a classic CrossFit benchmark WOD: “Fight Gone Bad”

This year, to mark our one-year anniversary, we invite all of you to come hit this WOD with us! It’s sure to be a fun experience, as we’ve pretty much TRIPLED in size since our opening day last November!
We will be removing the caps to the Friday evening WOD in Wodify. If you think you can make it in the morning or the evening, please add your name to the Reservation list (Non-ÆVITAS CrossFitters: drop-ins welcome – please reserve your spot HERE)!
The workout goes like this:
“Fight Gone Bad” – 3 Rounds For Total Reps of:
1 Minute AMRAP Wall Ball Tosses (20#; 10ft)
1 Minute AMRAP Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (75#)
1 Minute AMRAP Box Jumps (20″)
1 Min AMRAP Push Press (75#)
1 Min Max Calorie Row
1 Minute Rest
We will run all athletes through the warm-up and MetCon in heats, based on arrival time. So show up when you can and we’ll get you in (morning WOD please show up on time, as there will be less of you)! We will set up lanes with different scaling options that should cover all movement scaling needs. And don’t worry – we’ll make sure you’re plenty warm and fully prepped for each movement this workout requires!
In the evening, after everyone has completed the workout and is totally hoarse from cheering everyone else on, we’ll bring out the food/drinks/games/awards and our Anniversary Party/Friday Family Fun Night will commence!
This workout is so much fun and we are very excited to be running it again one year later with our much larger, more diverse community!
