We’d like to thank those of you that attended the goal setting seminar yesterday. We believe that following the outlined logic in the seminar will help you understand where you need to focus your efforts in 2014. We hope that you now have a better understanding of the logic needed to prioritize fitness as your NUMBER 1 goal in 2014. Again, this doesn’t mean that you have to spend more hours in the gym. It simply means that you need to regularly ask yourself if the daily tasks in your life are improving your fitness. If they aren’t, are they completely vital to the fulfillment of your long-term goals?

The Power Of Perspective Slides

We challenge all of you to ask yourself the 10 questions in the attached slides. Whichever question you answer no to first should be your first focus for 2014. For most of us, it will be breaking unhealthy addictions. Once you do so, you will unlock the level of control needed to achieve true fitness.

Your homework is to then email us (crossfitaevitas@gmail.com) the following info:

First Focus Details

1.) What question did you answer no to first (aka. your “First Focus”)?

2.) Describe the nature of why you answered no to the question.

3.) Tell us how you think you can improve your First Focus so you can turn that No into a Yes and move on to your Second Focus

It will then be our homework to provide you with feedback on your plan and offer support and suggestions along the way. If you have any questions about this at all, please email us.
